OUROBOROS ADR SPAIN MEDIATORS SL is composed of the following professionals, who are also partners of the company:
Mediator, holds a Law degree, and has been a licensed lawyer since January 31, 2008. He is the founder and managing partner of Plaza y Asociados Abogados. He worked in the private sector from 2000 to 2010 as Administrative Director, with advanced training in Business Management. He has also worked as a Property Manager and has held municipal and provincial political positions from 2011 to the present. He is also a board member of AMPCA (the Association of Mediators of the Province of Cádiz).
Mediator, holds a Law degree and a Diploma in Criminology. He has practiced as a lawyer since 1987, having been a member of the law firm Martínez Gómez y Asociados since that date, and since 2015 he has been the founder and Managing Partner of Rodríguez y Asociados Abogados. He completed doctoral studies at the University of Cádiz, specializing in Corporate Criminal Law. In addition to Spanish, he speaks fluent English, having completed a five-year program at the Official School of Languages, and is a native speaker of Asturian. He also has knowledge of Italian, Portuguese, French, and Russian. He serves as a board member of AMPCA (Association of Mediators of the Province of Cádiz).
Mediator and Civil Engineer. She speaks Spanish and English fluently, with Ukrainian and Russian as her native languages, and has specialized training in couples therapy. She is also the President of AMPCA (Association of Mediators of the Province of Cádiz).
Partner-collaborator of Ouroboros with training in mediation. She is currently an educator, serving as a Specialist Teacher in Early Childhood Education and working as a Therapeutic Pedagogy teacher. She is also Vice President and Secretary of AMPCA (Association of Mediators of the Province of Cádiz) and holds a University Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership for the Quality of Educational Centers.
